Swedish IT company DanAds initiated a collaboration with Inkopio last spring, recognizing the need for a comprehensive system for external workforce management. Here, Amar Bacevac, Global IT Staffing Manager at DanAds, shares how the company swiftly transitioned from manual processes to optimizing the external workforce through Inkopio's CPro plattform .

DanAds is a market leader in delivering software solutions for self-service advertising. The company had previously relied on manual processes for external workforce management. To take further strides forward, they implemented Inkopio's CPro system in early 2023.

"It's not uncommon for companies to use different lists, such as Excel, to keep track of information about their consultants. However, it quickly becomes challenging when there is a lot of data to manage – which also changes constantly," explains Amar Bacevac, Global Staffing Manager at DanAds.

From manual to automated external workforce management

Amar Bacevac has an overarching and coordinative role in DanAds' personnel, largely focused on external consultants.

"When I started at DanAds, manual processes were used for external workforce management. I was familiar with Inkopio from before and decided to contact them to learn more about their systen, CPro,” Amar recounts. 

Impressed by Inkopio's industry expertise and the system's capabilities, he chose to explore a collaboration.

Since DanAds had previously managed consultants manually, Amar had to convince stakeholders and decision-makers that Inkopio's CPro was the right path.

"By building trust and presenting the system's benefits, I managed to convince the leadership that implementing CPro would improve our work with consultants and save us money," says Amar.

Amar offers advice to others who, like him, have started at a company without an established external workforce system in place.

"It's about daring to take the risk and expressing your conviction that it benefits the entire organization. The key is to communicate the benefits for each individual role within the organization, packaging the message in a way that suits their responsibilities. This contributes to each person realizing the value of the change."

Smooth implementation

The collaboration with Inkopio began smoothly, with an initial meeting where Amar shared DanAds' specific needs.

"I talked about the number of consultants, their placement in different countries, rate cards, and suppliers. They were very receptive and gathered all relevant information. Then the system was implemented according to our needs, followed by meetings where they demonstrated how it worked. This made it easy to get started with it in daily work," says Amar.

Meeting goals and expectations

Amar and DanAds had high expectations on Inkopio – and they were exceeded. He highlights their flexibility and excellent customer service as particularly impressive.

"If I had requests to customize or create a specific report in a certain way, Inkopio solved it without any issues," explains Amar.

Amar further describes how Inkopio helped DanAds achieve its goal.

"They are always available and are keen on offering solutions that fit our needs precisely. The goal was to become independent of Excel sheets, to have all information gathered in the system, and they quickly helped us get there."
