Unique Approach by Region Skåne for Managing Consultants in the Public Sector.

Inkopio AB announces today that the company has signed a four-year contract with Region Skåne, starting on January 1st, with a possible extension of up to two years. The contract pertains to the company's product CPro, which won the procurement for "IT support for the procurement of temporary staffing."

"To be a contracted supplier for Region Skåne is an important quality mark for us. Region Skåne has meticulously specified the functional, technical, and security requirements that the tool must meet, which is why we highly value the procurement process, given the thoroughness of the material before its release," says Inkopio's Sales & Marketing Manager, Christian Söderlind.

About the procurement: Region Skåne has conducted a procurement for IT support in the procurement of temporary staff (doctors, nurses, and medical secretaries). The procurement has been carried out by the Group Procurement and Financial Control Department in collaboration with representatives from Region Skåne's operations, forming the Expert Group. The estimated value of the contract/agreements is SEK 2,800,000.

"To the best of my knowledge, this procurement is unique as it is the first one related to a purely call-off system/Vendor Management System (VMS) within the public sector. We have previously noticed that public organizations have procured consultant intermediaries with embedded system components in their services, or that the organizations lack a dedicated call-off system for external staffing. I hope this will have a ripple effect and allow us to demonstrate how CPro can assist other organizations in gaining full control over finding and managing consultants," says Inkopio's CEO, Igor Savcic.

About Inkopio: Inkopio was founded in 2014 and is a technology company with procurement as its core expertise. The company sells the product CPro, which assists organizations in finding and managing consultants. The tool handles an annual procurement volume of consultants exceeding SEK 12 billion, of which SEK 3 billion is generated through self-invoicing. Customers are primarily located in the Nordic region, but also in Europe. For instance, purchases are managed from over 35 countries, involving 15+ different contract currencies. Currently, the tool is available in Swedish, English, German, and Danish.
