We’re continuing to build an AI-enabled system. In addition to our existing capability for AI-generated requisition descriptions, we’re now activating AI for profile matching directly on incoming candidates and submissions. The result: faster shortlists, more consistent quality, and less manual puzzle-solving.

As candidates/submissions come in, CPro analyzes their CVs, experience, and key skills against your requisition requirements and produces:
